PM Narendra Modi inaugurates Sela Tunnel/Sela Pass: Details of world's longest twin-lane tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh.

The tunnel provides all-weather connection to Tawang via Sela Pass on the Balipara-Chariduar-Tawang Road. Addressing a gathering in Itanagar, PM Modi said, "I laid the foundation of the Sela Tunnel here in 2019, and today it has been inaugurated".
