What is RRB JE Exam?

The RRB JE exam is conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Engineer in Indian Railways. • Nationality: Indian citizens, or candidates from Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibetan refugees settled in India.

RRB JE Exam Pattern

1. Stage 1 (Preliminary Exam)

• Duration: 90 minutes
• Total Marks: 100
• Sections: General Awareness (40 marks), Mathematics (30 marks), General Intelligence and Reasoning (30 marks)

2. Stage 2 (Main Exam)

• Duration: 120 minutes
• Total Marks: 150
• Sections: General Awareness (50 marks), Mathematics (35 marks), General Intelligence and Reasoning (35 marks), Technical Subjects (30 marks)

3. Document Verification and Medical Examination

• Based on the candidate’s performance in Stage 2, they are called for document verification and medical examination before final selection.
