What is SSC CGL?

2. Tier 2 - Computer-Based Examination

• Quantitative Abilities: Advanced topics in Quantitative Aptitude such as Ratio, Trigonometry, and Geometry.

3. Tier 3 - Descriptive Paper

• Essay Writing: Write an essay on a given topic (200-250 words).
• Letter Writing: Write a letter on a given subject (150 words).

4. Tier 4 - Skill Test (if applicable)

• Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): For specific posts like Assistant, CSS, and others.
• Data Entry Skill Test (DEST): For posts like Tax Assistant in the Income Tax Department.

Eligibility Criteria for SSC CGL Exam

• Age Limit: 18-32 years (age relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms).
• Education: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Nationality: Indian citizen, Nepalese citizen, Bhutanese citizen, or Tibetan refugee.
