Hari Babu Kambhampati took oath as the 27th Governor of Odisha on 3 January 2025 at Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar. The oath was administered by Chakradhari Sharan Singh, Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court.
He assumed office following the resignation of Raghubar Das.
