Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a ₹300 commemorative coin in Bhopal on May 31, 2025, marking the 300th birth anniversary of Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar. The launch took place during the Women Empowerment Maha Sammelan at Jamboree Maidan.This historic coin is the first-ever ₹300 denomination issued in India, minted by the India Government Mint, Kolkata. The coin features the portrait of Ahilyabai Holkar, reflecting her legacy of justice, social reforms, temple restoration, and women empowerment.
