India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Raisina Dialogue conference in New Delhi on February 23rd 2024 to focused on key global issues. In this conference, Greece Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was as chief guest.Greece and India discussed plans to strengthen ties in trade, defence and migration. The Greek leader said that India and Greece should proceed with the India-Middle East Economic Corridor (IMEC), despite the Israeli war in Gaza.
What is Raisina Dialogue?
Basically, Raisina Dialogue organized by Indian Ministry of External Affairs. This session held three days. The theme of this conference was “Chaturanga: Conflict, Contest, Cooperate, Create”.In 2024,Session chaired by Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar.
In Last year, Raisina Dialogue organized on from 2 March to 4 March 2023. It focused on four pillars – Neo Insurgence, Amoral Mosiac, Chaotic Codes, Pernicious Passports, and Grey Rhinos. Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni was the chief guest.
India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor
Thousands of kilometres from India, a corridor that is supposed to connect Alexander’s Greece with Porus’ India in the 21st century is causing tension between two major Mediterranean powers—Greece and Türkiye. The India-Middle East-Europe-Economic Corridor (IMEC) was announced on the sidelines of the G20 meeting in New Delhi when a memorandum of understanding was signed between the European Union and seven countries, namely India, the US, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), France, Germany, and Italy.

यूनानी नेता ने कहा कि गाजा में इजरायली युद्ध के बावजूद भारत और ग्रीस को भारत-मध्य पूर्व आर्थिक गलियारे (आईएमईसी) के साथ आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।
रायसीना डायलॉग क्या है?
मूलतः रायसीना डायलॉग का आयोजन भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा किया जाता है। यह सत्र तीन दिवसीय चला। इस सम्मेलन का विषय "चतुरंगा: संघर्ष, प्रतियोगिता, सहयोग, निर्माण" था। 2024 में, सत्र की अध्यक्षता भारतीय विदेश मंत्री डॉ. एस जयशंकर ने की।
पिछले वर्ष, रायसीना डायलॉग 2 मार्च से 4 मार्च 2023 तक आयोजित किया गया था। इसमें चार स्तंभों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया था - नव विद्रोह, अमोरल मोसियाक, अराजक कोड, खतरनाक पासपोर्ट और ग्रे राइनो। इटली के प्रधान मंत्री जियोर्जिया मेलोनी मुख्य अतिथि थे।
