U.S. President Joe Biden, on July 21, announced that he is droping out his name from 2024 US presidential election, Biden proposed Kamala Harris name for the president election.
Mr. Joe Biden, in a post on X, said he will remain as President until his term ends in January 2025 and will address the nation this week. The Democrat is the first president in US history to drop out so late in an election race.

Biden wrote in a letter posted to his X account → “It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President. And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term,"
→ After Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race, former President Barack Obama issued a statement praising him. However, the thing to note during this time is that Obama neither mentioned the name of Kamala Harris nor supported her in the entire statement. Obama also said that he hopes that his party leaders will choose an excellent leader at the upcoming convention. A round of speculations has started since Obama's statement.
